For a formal assessment against the Dutch Besluit bouwwerken leefomgeving (Bbl, articles 4.107(2) and 4.108(3) — formerly Building Decree 2012), an on-site measurement should be performed or an acoustic consultancy firm should be engaged.

  • No directional sound radiation modelling
  • No frequency-dependent calculation (single LwA value)
  • Simplified reflection and screening calculation

Liability

The creators of this tool accept no liability for damage resulting from the use of the calculated results. Use of this tool is entirely at your own risk. The user is responsible for verifying the results and engaging expert advice where necessary.
